The Town of Whitehall is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manchesternewspapers.com\/news\/2010\/01\/longtin_case_top_priority.html\" target=\"_blank\">concerned with boats<\/a> on the Longtin property and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.manchesternewspapers.com\/news\/2010\/01\/bringing_awareness_to_recyclin.html\" target=\"_blank\">Whitehall transfer station won a recycling challenge<\/a> with an 18-percent increase in their recycling.
