(Click image to see full scale.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The state Public Service Commission on Thursday approved the high-capacity electricity transmission line that will run on the other side of the mountain through Dresden and be submerged beneath the waters of Lake Champlain. It will run from Canada\u2019s hydroelectric facilities to New York City.
