Conner, a recent graduate of Rice Memorial High School, South Burlington, Vt, reported to duty July 1, 2015 and has just successfully completed his first very rigorous and challenging experience, \u201dPlebe Summer\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Those who survived this first ordeal realize, with vivid clarity, the true meaning of Navy tradition its history, mission, purpose and motto, \u201cHonor, Courage and Commitment\u201d.
